Return and Refund Policy

At BNG — Built Not Given, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use

  • Returned with the original tags attached, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we can provide a refund for the eligible item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, BNG will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, BNG will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact BNG through our store's contact information and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

BNG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
