Shipping Policy

At BNG — Built Not Given, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of BNG's control.

You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to BNG because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, BNG is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the damaged package and/or product.

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, BNG primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
